About Baby Weston

Weston Ray surprised us by showing up early on May 20, 2015. He started his life with a sense of humor, born screaming and peeing on the doctor. He was perfect in every way; our sweet 6lb 2oz, blue-eyed baby boy. He joined our little family of three and couldn't have been more loved.

His sister, Taylee, was always willing to be a helper. She would lay with him on his mat and watch him through the crib never failing to melt our hearts. Even though she was little, she still talks about her baby brother, Weston boy, who is flying in the clouds.

If we would have known the short time that we would have to spend with our precious baby boy, we would have surely squeezed him a little tighter, held him a little longer, and memorized every sweet moment a little better. Believing that he is in a better place provides comfort in an overwhelming sea of sadness.

Infant loss, under any circumstance, is one of the most traumatic things that anyone can ever experience. You can never be prepared for it; you will never get over it; you will just learn to survive with it, and you remember them every single day.
